ABS-olutely Abs ~
This 15-30-minute class focuses on total
core training. All fitness levels welcome!
Beginner Step ~
Think you have 2 left feet? This class is
designed to teach you the basic fundamentals
of step. It incorporates very basic moves
with simple choreography to keep you moving
and help you stay motivated so you can be on
your way to a better body and more confident
in your fitness quest. A must for all
fitness levels.
Body
Tone & Tight and Tone ~ This is a
full-service sculpting class. You’ll learn
to tone and tighten your body in a safe,
fun, motivating, class setting. All fitness
levels welcome!
Boot Camp ~ This
total body workout is all the rave and will
have you feeling and looking better. Join us
for a variety of exercises including:
drills, floor aerobics, intervals,
plyometrics and isolation exercises. All
fitness levels welcomed.
Cardio Ball ~
Welcome members of all fitness levels! This
class is a fun way to improve your
cardiovascular health while toning all your
major muscle groups. So, if you've ever
wondered what to do with that big ball, come
try this class!
Cardio Hoop ~ Try
something new & fun to trim your waistline
and add a twist to your fitness routine.
Cardio Hoop incorporates strength training
and cardio intervals with the use of a
weighted Hula Hoop. Come try this class for
a fun and challenging workout!
Cardio-Kickboxing
~ This class is for anyone who would love a
total body workout that involves kicks and
punches. It is a fat- burning,
cardio-pumping class that is sure to get and
keep your heart rate up. Come on and bring
that get-tough attitude and lots of energy.
Cardio Party ~ Are
you ready to get down? This incredibly fun,
low-impact aerobics class uses a wide
variety of dance moves. These moves, which
include basic dance, Latin, jazz, and
hip-hop, will get your heart rate pumping
and tone your body. If you want to have fun
and get in shape, join the Cardio Party!
Cardio Step ~ This
is a intermediate step class designed for
all ages. Come out and cardio step your way
to a healthier you!
Cardio Trek ~ This
class is for all cardio lovers. Come grab an
elliptical, stair stepper, or bike and join
in on all the fat-burning fun! This
motivating class will teach you to go
faster, run further, and bike longer than
you ever thought possible. It is a fat
burning, cardio pumping, intense class but
is also geared to wards all fitness levels.
Come see what the fuss is about -- guaranteed
to have a BLAST!
Circuits ~ Move
from one station to another in this high
energy, fat burning and fun class. Learn
proper form and balance as you circuit train
your way to good health.
Double Step ~ This
class is a more challenging step class, with
all of the same fun and high intensity that
involves two step benches. Come out and join
in on the fun and meet Bob and Sue.
Kids Cardio ~ This
class is designed for youth up to age 12.
We’ll kick, punch, jump rope, walk, jog,
even play dodge ball!! Expect to get fit and
sweat while having fun……..all at the same
time!
Pilates ~ Core
strength is a vital component of a well of a
well rounded workout program. Pilates will
help you build a strong foundation to
further challenge your fitness goals. All
fitness levels welcomed.
Spinning ~ Get on
the virtual road with the YMCA & indoor
cycling. Our instructors will guide you from
bike set-up to the finish line, so there’s
no reason not to try it. All fitness levels;
work at your own pace. Please arrive a few
minutes early for bike set-up.
Stretch - A blend
of pilates and athletic stretch designed for
any individual. Increase flexibility,
lengthen, and lean-out your musculature. All
levels welcome.
Tai Chi ~ This
class is a non-contact, non-combative way of
improving health and energy and reducing
stress. Its practice promotes flexibility,
balance and physical control. Come out and
Tai Chi your way to a healthier you.
"Y" Get Fit ~ A great place to start is with us! This class is a 30 minute workout designed to keep you moving and help you build strength. Come out and learn Y you should Get Fit!!! Recommended for beginners only.
Yoga ~ Enjoy the
benefits of core conditioning, long lean
musculature, breath work, slow pose
progression, relaxation, strength, and
balance. All fitness levels welcomed.
